ABOUT BCCA Bibb County Career Academy is located in Bibb County, Alabama, at 17191 Highway 5, West Blocton. The facility is located on top of a hill in a natural setting. A winding driveway leads through a forest of southern pine trees to the buildings. This setting provides students and faculty a peaceful environment in which to work and learn. BCCA has served students from Bibb County High School and West Blocton High School for 40 years. The school opened its doors in 1974 as Bibb County Area Vocational School. BCCA provides ten career technical programs as well as a Jobs for Alabama Graduates (JAG) program for at-risk students. In 2008, the school was renamed to the Bibb County Career Academy.
